Welcome to StudioSound.ai. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StudioSound.ai website, applications, and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
StudioSound.ai provides AI-powered creative tools for music artists, including cover art generation, release planning, merchandise mockups, and related features. Some features are provided through third-party artificial intelligence models and services that we integrate and manage on your behalf. Features labeled "coming soon" are not yet available and may change or never launch.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service; if you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You own the content you create with StudioSound.ai. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, we assign to you all rights we may hold in the output you generate through the Service ("Generated Content"), and you may use Generated Content for any purpose, including commercial use.
To operate and improve StudioSound.ai, we keep records of how the Service is used, including the prompts and project details you submit, research compiled for your requests, and the content generated in response. By using the Service you agree that we may use this data — in anonymized and aggregated form — to analyze, improve, and train StudioSound.ai's features and artificial intelligence systems. We do not sell this data, and personal identifiers are removed before any such use.
When you provide an artist name, social handle, or similar identifier to a personalization feature (such as the Release Planner), you authorize us to gather publicly available information about that artist from the open web and music platforms in order to tailor your results. Only provide identifiers you are entitled to use — your own artist identity or one you represent.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI model providers, payment processing (Stripe), and infrastructure services. Their availability affects ours, and their terms may apply to specific features. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Generated Content will meet your expectations or be fit for a particular purpose. Release plans, cost estimates, and other informational outputs are general guidance, not professional, legal, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioSound.ai and its owners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or $100 if you paid nothing.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
