What size should album art be?
3000 × 3000 pixels, square, JPEG or PNG, RGB colour. Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon and TikTok all accept that, and most distributors reject anything smaller than 1400 × 1400.
Why was my cover rejected?
The usual reasons are the wrong size, a non-square image, blurry upscaling, or text like URLs, social handles and "out now" on the art. Fix the size here and keep the artwork clean.
What happens to a wide photo?
It's cropped to the centre square. Check the preview before downloading, and if the subject is off-centre, crop it yourself first so nothing important gets cut.
